    I skipped a size!
I went by torrid for a new swim suit and they had a buy one get one half off the whole store. So I also tried on some dresses as well. Before weight loss I was lucky if a 4 fit me. I know I've shrunk a bit so I grabbed all size 3 dresses to try on. They were all way to big! I left with a swimsuit and three size 2 dresses!

in just under 3 weeks and 6 pounds my size 20 jeans have gone from fitting just right to being boarder line too big...I can't walk up and down stairs very many times before they are sagging way too low!

My husband came home yesterday and said he had just been in a meeting with a woman about my size before I started losing weight and that the difference to me now was really stark in comparison and that I looked amazing :) I guess it's not just my brain that needs to catch up with my body! And also that the new gym gear I was wearing was a good purchase ;)

I was cleaning the bathroom and found a bottle of ibuprofen and one of antacid. haven't used either in 6 weeks. I was eating 4 800 mg Ibu a day for joint pain and 6-8 antacids a night for reflux.

This must be what healthy feels like

    LOVE IT!

Playing basketball with my cousins and having to use one hand to hold up my pants...my "skinny" jeans that I couldn't fit into a month ago are now too big.

And craving beer and cheeseburgers last night something horrible...but settling for water and some cottage cheese. Feels good, man.

Today I rushed from work to make a HIIT class. It's usually really a pain to get there on time but I managed to arrive, change and do a warm up before class started. You all continue to inspire me btw!!!

My NSV is that I finally start seeying some sort of baby abs :smirk: It took me 2,5 years (and 22,1 kilos) to get where I am now and I am so proud  My belly area has always been the one area I never lost much fat, so for me this is a very big deal

Today, the doctor commented on how much weight I've lost and how much healthier I was since my last visit.

It's also been nice to be able to wear a wider variety of clothes without feeling self cautious. :)

Someone finanally noticed and said something! 15 lbs since I started in February. Oh, and I don't float as easily in the hot tub anymore - the legs stay down!

I just bought a Betsy Johnson designed summer dress - size 4!

Oh my goshness, that dress is SO CUTE. WANT. *wipes drool off of keyboard* Although for me it would be a strictly at-home dress... Who doesn't want to look cute at home? ;)

Editing to add: Oh, right. Now that I finished drooling... That's a great NSV!! :D

    I killed the thread :'(

My NSV is this: Yesterday, I struggled from the time I woke up with a "food monster" feeling. It's a little bit like what a binge eater feels before the onset of a binge, I think: The incredibly strong urge to EAT anything and everything. I had no idea what triggered it, and I fought what I thought was DEFINITELY a losing battle that day, to the point that I broke down sobbing to my husband about how bad I felt, feeling so out of control.

After that, I picked myself up, did some housework, some exercise, some reading, and had a lateish dinner (so I wouldn't feel hunger before I slept and weaken my will power)... And went to bed under my calorie goal! :)

So today is my birthday! I'm off from work today so I decided I was literally going to to nothing all day. Just sit and read and take a "me" day. When I woke up I made the decision to "treat" myself to a 4 mile run, which I haven't done since last November. And I rocked it! I only stopped to walk once and just for 30 seconds and I didn't feel like I was going to die. I even hit my runner's high in the middle of my run. Usually I don't get that until I'm finished. I can tell that 26 is going to be a good year for me!!

A small hill that I added to my walk last year I could only do about 6-8 times. Today I ran up it 15
of the 20 times, did not feel winded only sweaty!

Best of luck feeling better and I truly hope you heal quickly! I won't mention how long I was off running with this issue.

I can see my biceps when I flex! I'm also 5 days away from my MFP anniversary, and my relationship with food is so much better.

Also in an um bedroom kind of way I discovered that my thighs are a lot stronger
