    love love love love this post!! i'm 5'4" and my SW was 229. my ONE YEAR goal is 177. my TWO YEAR goal is 149. my2.5 goal is 139.

    You are SO pretty!!! Thanks for sharing, I need some success stories today, really trying to get my butt to run up the office steps to burn some calories since working overtime means I cannot do much more than sit in a chair and suffer cravings as I fight sleep!

    Chrissy, there are no words! You look like the hot younger sister of your former self. You DO own that bikini, and should rock it proudly! You have done an amazing job pacing yourself so that your body and skin have shrunk back down together - that is incredibly impressive, and I'm sure took a lot of patience! You are one of the most gorgeous women I have ever seen, and your husband is a lucky man! As others have said, not only are you this hot little thing, you have an amazing personality, and are incrediblly encouraging and giving - thank you for that! Love you, doll!

    I'm speechless by everyone's outpouring of support and the love shown by my friends. I want to say thank you to them for making this process a lot more fun and less stressful than it would have been otherwise. The support of this community is unrivaled.

    I don't want this to sound like an Academy Award's speech or anything, lol, but I really want to thank Mike for making this place great. He works very hard and is constantly updating the site, all at no charge to us. That's just remarkable to me. He's changed a lot of lives.
