    u look phenomenal!!!

im glad u shared that it took 3 years to get to this point. alot of people sit on the notion and hope that they will lose all of their weight in a short period of time when that is completely unhealthy and unrealistic. It's about maintaining as well, which you clearly have. lets not waste time on useless diets and fads and aim for a healthy lifestyle and goals!!

thanks for sharing this!!! :) you totally own that bikini!

Wow! Amazing! Great work! You starting and ending are almost the same as mine. I am just curious how tall you are. You give me inspiration!! :)))))))

Just saw your height as 5'3"... I am 5'5.5 and wondering if 130 is a realistic goal for me. We'll see!!

 THIS & YOU! Thank you for all of your inspiration! You have completely diminished my doubt about whether that finish line was actually possible. I needed it more than you know as I started this journey up again. What had made me slip & gain almost all my weight back, after being half way there last time, was thinking that I would never have the chance at a "normal" body. Now seeing you in a GORGEOUS body, I know that there is NEVER going to be that slip up for me again. You have shown me PROOF that it CAN be done & done WELL, with BETTER results than I could have ever imagined! Thank you so much for your every day support. You are my most avid cheerleader and keep me going and SMILING on the days that I want to growl and complain. You are truly a ROCK STAR!!!! :flowerforyou:

congratulations!!! You are an inspiration to everyone on here. You look good and know it and that is important, often overweight people continue to think they are overweight even after losing like you have. Self-concept is good. Good luck with maintenance cause that is very important.

What was the other biggest thing you learned throughout this journey?

I guess one of the biggest things I learned besides a person's ability to accomplish what they really want to is that anything that is worth having or accomplishing doesn't come without struggle and sacrifice.

It's such a simple concept to eat the healthy things our body needs and to make sure we get in some physical activity. That is to say it is physically simple to perform. Where the real challenge comes in is overcoming the obstacle mentally.

I swear that this challenge has been about 90% mental for me. There have been some nights I wanted a candy bar so bad I cried, seriously. Some nights I gave in and made it a better day the next day without beating myself up over it, but then I knew I couldn't always give in to the craving monster, so I simply denied it, even through the wanting.

I've become a little more relaxed already since hitting goal weight and while I know it hasn't made me gain weight back, I know it will if I don't get things together again.

I've rambled a lot, lol, but I guess there is one thing all of this can be summed up into.. focus. You have to constantly fight for your focus. Sometimes that means taking a day or two off because you're getting burned out, but ultimately, you have to fight to get back in that zone and focused on the goal.

Sometimes the focus doesn't want to come back, but you make it come back, lol. You go through the motions until you feel inspired and motivated again.
