Struggles/successes: I've made my 120g protein goal every day! Work has been very stressful this week and I can feel myself wanting to stress eat, but have not given in to the cravings. Had a HUGE craving for chocolate yesterday but did not go grab candy bars from the store like I wanted to LOL0 -
Going for 6.8lbs off this month to make a nice round 245 - it's my weigh day Friday though so I'll change the dates to suit.

I'm trying going to bed earlier so I can catch up on shut eye, but he's been getting up almost every 1-2 hours. Hopefully he gets better soon! I hate seeing him sick like this0 -

Successes/struggles this week: Went out drinking with friends 3 times during the week. Never realised how much calories vodka has. Always thought it was 0 or close to it. Must've gotten about 1500 cals from vodka alone and another 1000 from cider. Thinking I may have been able to lose another pound, if I didn't go drinking, and instead was exercising during those times and eating just a few cals of food. Haha ;D0 -
