I'm in! My plantar fasciitis is really acting up this week and I really need a push to get some exercise in. This week I will set a goal of 2000 calories. I think I can do it.

Can I first just say that I LOVE this challenge! When I was at the gym today, I pushed myself a lot harder than usual, went an extra mile (literally!), because I was thinking about this challenge and really wanted to meet my goal by the end of this week.

Thanks!! I had to really push myself to go this hard. I usually burn between 500 - 650, but I gained 3lbs since last week, so this challenge was just what I needed to get back into gear. I'm hoping for a big loss this week, so wish me luck! And it wasn't so bad...I just kept going, and did the things I actually liked. I'm sure you could do it if you try.0 -

I went back and reviewed my previous weeks and most of the time I burn between 1500-2000 cals a week. I don't want to give my body too much of a shock since I have a vascular tumor in my leg and I am not suppose to OVER exercise. 3000 sounds like a good starting place for this week.0 -
