Homemade raw seedy granola bars that have lots of good fats, but are CRAZY high in calories (I realized when I entered into the recipe builder)... so I cut them into tiny squares... but then I ate two.0

I did it before my wedding, but then relaxed my diet a few days leading up to it, and almost couldn't zipper my dress (this was 10 years ago, btw)! So... don't do that!0

natural unsalted crunch peanut butter and a pink lady apple..... why? because it was delicious!! But really it was my pre-workout snack. Just the delicious part is a bonus!0
