Very random week, alternating between days of crazy binge eating and zero exercise to good days of diet and fitness, my body is utterly confused right now, lol. hopefully i can get back on track this week and focus on making better choices. Hope everyone else had an awesome week,

I've been trying to catch up, but it's been hard to.. the new position at work (5a-10aM/T and 5a-9aW-F) is great because I have my whole day free as well as weekends, but I'm so tired now! I've been pushing myself exercise -wise like I did last year and I'm hoping I'll see the results I'm hoping for. I've been going up and down on the scale, so I haven't posted/logged any weight changes as it varies so much right now..
But, in great news: we paid off my car 2mon in advance (still has a blown up motor, but at least the car is pai for!) and we paid $454 too much so we got it back from them. So I bought K Swiss tubes (shoes) and I LOVE THEM!! Super comfy! I also gotthe hubs to agree to join our local gym on Sunday. SUPER STOKED!! I'm even going to my first class tonight and it's Zumba! Woot Woot!! ANd it's over 30min before BL airs so I get both, yay!!

I am nothing if not consistent! :laugh: That's ok. I've set my cals for maintenance until next month. Then I'll drop it back down to 1 lb a week. With not being able to access the site from work, I've been doing more of a paper log (in the notepad on my phone), and not always entering it on here. The good news is that for the most part I'm staying close to my calories, although some days it seems like a lot. Once I'm done with school next week, I will ramp up the workouts again, get back to enterring my food on MFP, and see if I can't kick these last few pounds!

Coming in a little late to the game, but I appreciate being allowed to join. I'm currently in another challenge group, but it ends in June and I know I'll need to get through the rest of the summer. I'll fill in the details tomorrow, but I'm looking forward to meeting the rest of the group members.

I keep forgetting about this, my weight has stayed the same for 4 weeks now.....grrr to myself for slacking......anyway, started a bootcamp this week, so hopefully we'll start seeing some changes again!!! Have a great week everyone!0
