    I made myself a breakfast sandwich. An English muffin with 2 servings of egg whites scrambled with spinach, Canadian bacon, and cheddar cheese. It was actually my third "meal" of the day. I'll be eating lunch in about an hour.

    A salad of spring mix, cherry tomatoes, baby carrots, grilled chicken, and Greek yogurt ranch, because I'd just rocked a pretty good workout and wanted something protein-rich and filling but not heavy.

    My carbs are still way too low for the day and I have plenty of calories left, so I just had another half serving of Lindt dark chocolate covered in 1 tablespoon peanut butter. I'll be repeating that snack in the future :p

    a salad bowl with broccoli , spinach , sweetcorn , couscous , soy noodles and a wee bit of pasta with pesto sauce, because its lunch and I just spent my actual lunch hour at the gym and I'm starving lol

    Eating breakfast now.

    Failed egg white omelet: 1c egg white, 14g fat free shredded cheddar, 2 slices of Canadian bacon, red onion, green bell pepper, roma tomato. About 200 cals and 36g protein. Also eating with it 52g of Kashi Go Lean! Crunch Cinnamon Crumble for 180 cals with 1/2c unsweetned almond milk (15 cals), 11g protein.

    Hard-boiled egg with a little salt. I thought I'd be going to the gym at lunch so I wanted some protein, but there's a special class taking over the gym all day so... I guess I ate it Just Because? :tongue:
