    Mon: 599 (25 minutes circuit training, 30 minutes circuit tradmill)
    Tues: 446 - but I think I burned more, MFP is almost never below the treadmill count - (42:25 5k, interval on the treadmill, 4.5-6.0 MPH)

    I went back and reviewed my previous weeks and most of the time I burn between 1500-2000 cals a week. I don't want to give my body too much of a shock since I have a vascular tumor in my leg and I am not suppose to OVER exercise. 3000 sounds like a good starting place for this week.

    I had to redo my calories because I had added calories burned at work, which some people commented that I should do that, so I took them off. These are all workout calories.

    I'm in, this would be great to keep me motivated to get the exercise in. i'm averaging 4600 calories in a good week so i am going to try and push it to 5000calories a week. if i get over 4500 every week though i will be happy.

    Mon: 944 calories (cycling 60minutes-360cals, walking 30 minutes - 100cals, running 27 mins - 318cals, Elliptical Trainer 5 mins - 50 cals, strength training 35mins - 116cals )

    Tues: *walked around the zoo for 5 hours pushing a double stroller with a 30lb 2 year old and a 28 lbs 3 year old lol, no idea how many calories that burned lol*
