5'8, 180 pounds. I'm not trying to lose scale weight per-say because I'm finally happy where I'm at, but I am trying to recomp my body and lean out. If I lose scale weight, alright! If not, I'm ok with that too. Sorry if this pic is huge.

Thank you :flowerforyou:
I lift 4 - 5 times a week. I do not do any cardio as I hate it. My lifting routine is very goal specific as I powerlift but it is basically a full body routine that focuses on the main compounds (squat, bench, deadlift as well as OHP and Pendlay row) with some accessory work.

Not in maintenance yet. I'm 5'-6" (just a tad taller but not making the 5'-7") currently 143lb.
Ultimate goal is about 135lb but I've revised my goal to drop to about 125-130 and then gain back to 135 while strength training. Ones I get to the 135 on the way down, I may revise this strategy and do small bulk and cuts around that weight.0 -
I'm 5'6 , weight is 133-135. I reached goal within 6 months back in 2011. My body fat is 23%, I want to reach BF goal which is 20%.
I am proud that maintaining has been easy. I just need to get serious about weight training to get my BF down to 20%0 -
Looking great...
...and wow, you're really tall.0 -
5'6" Age 60 small framed female I am currently 123 goal weight 120 but once I tone up and build back muscle mass hope to maintain between 118 and 125 depending on how much muscle mass I can regain at my age I have lost lot of it I currently wear size 8 hope to get to a size 6 It is more difficult to gain muscle mass when you are older0

Thought I'd get to 130, or even 128. But I'm tired and my lifts are suffering. Trying to get into maintenance gracefully...which has been difficult considering some extremely high calorie days I've had as of late.0 -
5'8" and have been maintaining around 150 for about a year and a half. Profile pics are a year old, weight the same but leaner - old shorts fit now! I'm happy at this weight, just plugging along trying to get stronger and fitter0

I'm 28, 5'3.5", 107 lbs, bmi is 18.7 and my body fat percentage is 13.4%.
I've lost 113 lbs and am currently, very slowly, raising my calories. I'm at 1300 up from 1200.
I rum around 30+ miles a week, the elliptical once a week, and 30+ minutes of strength training 5 days a week.1 -

I'm 5'9 and 152 lbs at the moment. My goal is to get back to 135lbs and have nice toned legs and arms and I also want to work on my abs. I have an athletic figure, so I don't really have curves0

5'7" @ 122 for 3 years. Original goal was 128, but I wasn't happy there and kept losing to 119 which looked a little thin, so here I gained a little until I hit my happy weight!0

This person does not count because this person has very little body fat and a LOT of muscle. She has the build of a professional soccer player. Most of us are not blessed like that.0
