Great job ladies!
I'm 5'2. CW: 170.8 SW: 204 GW: 154
Been at a bit of a plateau for the past couple weeks, but the scale is slowly inching down again. Easter candy was not my friend.
Will re-evaluate when I get there and maybe go for another 20-30. I was about 154 when I got married 14 years ago and felt pretty good at that.0 -
the nice thing about being short is a 5-pound weight loss makes a huge difference in how you look, how your clothes fit, etc. the bad thing about being short is it takes FOREVER to lose even 5 pounds! good job ladies!0

Thanks for sharing pictures! It's motivating my short, round self.0

I'm 4'9 and am half way to my goal.
I started December of 2013 and have lost 63 pounds and 35 inches. I want to lose at least 54 more but will reevaluate once i'm there. I've never been thin as an adult so I don't know exactly where I will stop.6 -
You all look amazing, congrats to you!!! I am 5'2. At my heaviest I was not quite 160lbs. I hated the way I looked so much that I refused pictures, especially if I had to stand. I have a few old pics of me sitting or standing behind things, but not many. I am down to 137lbs and while I would LOVE to be around 125lbs, my current goal is 135.0

I'm 5'1 CW: 149 GW: 135 officially, but once I hit 135 I'll set a new goal of 125 (I need to set myself short, attainable goals otherwise I get discouraged and give up.)
Just over 5 years ago, I was over 160lbs, probably around 165 but I refused to own a scale. I moved to a new apartment and started walking and cooking, and shortly after that I started tracking weight, calories, and steps. I started logging at 160lbs, and slowly got down to about 144lbs. Then life happened, I lost some motivation, and ended up back up at 149.
So now I'm restarting, and it's fun to see the success stories and photos from other petite gals!
As for tips, etc - my biggest two have just been to get moving and adjust my eating habits. I went from driving and sitting all the time while eating fast food and junk and snacks, to walking almost everywhere and either cooking my own meals or making healthier choices while eating out (which isn't to say I don't still have a snack/junk food habit, I just try to control it better.)
Awesome!!!! Looking forward to seeing your great results0 -
Sorry been MIA this week been moving and finally moved in!! Talk about a good workout!! Glad it's over so I can get back in the gym. Hope everyone is having a great week!!0

Remember to share any tips you may have or what worked for you, motivated you etc.0 -
I'm 5'1 and I'm pretty much at my goal right now but would like some more muscle defination. The sports bra I'm wearing in the first pic is long gone and the shorts are barely hanging on my hips. I think the biggest/scariest change were my boobs which completely deflated during the last 10 poundsthat I lost.
SW: 140lbs, CW: 112lbs

I'm 5'1 and finally 111 pounds the before picture was summer of 2013 but I didn't really start my weight loss journey until around February 2014. Since then I've been eating very healthy (check out my food diaries) and working out 4-5x per week and doing yoga almost everyday. Feelin so happy and good about myself

Wow!! You can definitely tell in your arms and shoulders - much much thinner! Good work! 20 lbs is a lot to lose!
Oh yes you def can see. Awesome job. You look great!0 -
This tread is super motivational. I commend all those ladies (and men) who are brave enough to post their BEFORE photos. I'm about 5'1 and at my heaviest I was 205 lbs. I gained about 20 lbs because of a pesky little cyst. I'm currently closer to my previous weight of 189 lbs. I would love to see 125 lbs! I haven't seen that weight since I was about 10!0

I haven't taken any before pics but you ladies are inspiring me! I'll work on it tomorrow! I'm 24 and 5'2" and my CW is around 140, depending on the scale. My lowest weight was 121 about 4 years ago, but I wasn't doing any lifting so I wasn't very strong. The funny thing is I still didn't think I looked my best at the time but knowing how much my confidence has gone down, I'd like to get back there. My goal is to get to around 125-130 and stay there, but be stronger and get my endurance back up. I struggle with disc pain and it tends to demotivate me but I just got an epidural so I hope I can focus more on how good exercise makes me feel and less on how much it hurts!0

I don't think I'm a "sucess story" yet. But here are some fun progress pics that I started taking every month. I'll add a new one next week for April. I've only lost 4.5lbs this year, but I've also gained muscle and I'm stronger and faster (I run). 5'1" 23yrs old SW:141lbs CW:136.5lbs GW: 116.5lbs
