New on MFP but thought I would share my 6 month transformation from 2012. I just lost 1 lb per week. But over 6 months it added up to 35 lbs lost. Stop Dieting And Exercising and Starting EATING and TRAINING. Change your mindset on food. Change your mindset on training. Change your mindset on LIFE.

Looking back...I should have done this a long time ago. My perception of what is possible has changed, and yours will to. Just develop a plan and have clear goals, stay consistent and most importantly focus on why you are doing this, measure and track your progress weekly and make adjustments along the way.

Anyone can do this.

This shows my transformation through the 6 months:

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=an-w8_vNuWw

I then went on to complete 3 Consecutive Rounds of Body Beast and have since moved into a Body Building regimen with split (3 days on, 1 off, 2 on, 1 off) with extra cardio sessions. I have also been competition dieting for the last year.

Sitting around 200 lbs now....15 lbs heavier than my Day 180 Photo in the transformation series above.

Very awesome. Were you training with weights before day 1? You have an awesome physique at day 180 which most people would need at least year to build. For example I'm 6'0" and my 10% body fat weight is 155 pounds at the moment.

Holy smokes, this is amazing! Congrats, that’s fantastic progress and an insanely awesome transformation. Completely badass.

Also, your arms/shoulders are the stuff of dreams, if you don’t mind me saying.
