Successes/struggles this week: I'm going to attribute this slight gain to the loooong walk I took yesterday at Longwood Gardens. A friend and I spent about 4 hours of almost non-stop walking; leislurely pace, yes, but at the end of the day, my legs were tired! Yesterday morning I was at 176.6, which I think is more accurate, but overall I'm still pleased.0 -

I splurged on last Friday for my birthday, and my weight shot back up. Whether or not it was sodium and water weight, it doesn't matter, because it took forever to leave. Been eating at ~1,000 until my weight dropped again.
Finals week is next week and I'm already mentally preparing myself that I will stress eat a little and beating myself up over it will only make things 100x worse.0 -
