https://dashingdish.com/recipe/reeses-peanut-butter-cup-protein-shake/ anything I have tried from her has been Delish, minimal sugar, and lots of protein (sometimes I use half a protein shake from Costco (60cal for half) as my liquid and then it is a ton of protein more)0

This morning I had 2 ounces of turkey, some chilled steamed green beans, a hard boiled egg and a couple clementines, and a couples hours later I had some greek yogurt w/vanilla. Often I will have a homemade pumpkin, apple, banana, oatmeal protein bar (150 cals snack size or 300 cal meal size) but didn't make a batch this week.0

I like to have a salad or leftovers from the night before.0

I usually make a Buddha bowl with a base of grains (quinoa, brown rice, lentils and chia seeds) topped with a whole mess of veggies that are sauteed in chicken stock (this morning was bok choy, carrot, cabbage, shitake mushrooms, green onion, ginger and red pepper). Sometimes I drizzle a little balsamic vinegar over it or sometimes I will fry an egg in a non-stick pan and put that on the top.0

oatmeal, almond milk, & cookie butter. Weekends I'll make eggs or pancakes or have a donut (or 2)0

1/4 cup steel cut oats with one tbsp honey and a double scoop protein shake for first breakfast at 5:30.
Chobani yogurt, two bananas, a babybel cheese, and a builders bar for second breakfast at 9:30.0 -
I alternate between protein packed green smoothies, and non fat greek yogurt with better n peanut butter and granola.0

Greek yogurt and fruit or some combination of eggs/cheese/turkey bacon on a light English muffin. I don't always eat breakcfast, but when I do it's usually one of those.0

my fav is cottage cheese with diced apples, crushed almonds and cinnamon0
-
Hot Oatmeal with PB and Bananas mixed in or Overnight oats (Rolled oats, protein powder, plain greek yogurt and frozen berries)... Both keep me full for hours0
-
Turkey bacon and egg whites0

Recently
Mushroom, egg white, asparagus, laughing cow light triangle and cheddar scrambled together on a slice of thick farmhouse white toasted bread, lashings of black pepper and a huge coffee0 -
It varies every day. I rarely eat traditional breakfast foods...sometimes leftovers, sometimes a sandwich, sometimes I cook something non breakfasty from scratch like a chicken breast.0

This morning was a big breakfast. Egg muffins, made a head and reheated, refrigerator oatmeal, and rye toast with Becel margarine.0

Nothing, just coffee with milk.0

Thanks everyone. Thinking I need to change some things up, but I am not an egg eater so that won't work for me.0

During the week I usually have Greek yogurt with blueberries and a little granola for crunch and on the weekends I have bacon and eggs.0

I alternate between:
- Plain yogurt with fruit and homemade granola
- Oatmeal (rolled or steel cut) with either fresh or dried fruit and chia seeds - sometimes mix in cooked quinoa
- Eggs and veggies on a sprouted corn tortilla (breakfast taco)
For 2 and 3, I make enough for a couple days and put in the fridge. Then I just warm it up.0 -
Eggs, toast, milk, coffee, fruit most mornings.
Yogurt, milk, coffee, fruit, bacon other mornings.0 -

A protein shake is not designed to be a meal replacement; it's a supplement. I occasionally have a protein shake for breakfast but I have it with other stuff. With a whey supplement, you're not going to get really anything except protein...no vitamins, etc.

There is no reason we have to eat breakfast foods for breakfast. I usually just try to get some good protein, fat and carbs in my morning meals. Keeps me going till lunchtime.0

I like a grab and go breakfast like a muffin or breakfast biscuits, sometimes I have fruit but it doesn't fill me up for long
I love porridge or sultana bran with chopped banana if I have a later breakfast0
