    What is today's personal goals? walk 12k steps, done...
    Did you try something new recently (food, exercise, etc...)? i tried meditation and found it very relaxing.

    What would I have done differently? better afternoon snack, less bedtime snack

    Did you try something new recently (food, exercise, etc...)? new recipe for meatloaf - not great

    What is today's personal goals? Stay the course and lose a pound by Friday

    Mood today? feel good we are at least going for walks if no other time for exercise

    What is today's personal goals? get lots of water - just got back from Aquafit

    Mood today? still doing well getting exercise with the new schedule and food good except need to be more organized food wise. Staying under but not making enough dinners at home.

    What would I have done differently? More than 1 class workout.
    What is today's personal goals? Not more than 1cup of fav milk tea

    What would I have done differently? more water, exercise and then I wouldn't have gone over in calories
    What is today's personal goals? get lots of water - just got back from Aquafit - stay under caloriewise
    Did you try something new recently (food, exercise, etc...)
    Mood today? need some tweeks but not a bad start at a work schedule.

    Well, I've been gone for quite a while, but haven't given up yet. I weighed in today at 143.5 lbs. I know that while I wasn't checking in here, I went back up to 148 lbs and now I'm back to where I was when last here.

    I got a full time job for the first time in a long time. So, very busy & trying to figure out how to get everything done and work, too. Gotta keep going onwards!

    I have been amiss on here too not because I forget, but I don't know how to copy and paste on my
    tablet so I have to use the lap top instead. I will learn eventually.

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? I made sauerkraut and sausage and had my MIL over for dinner.
    What would I have done differently? Nothing
    What is today's personal goals? Stay on track and watch my calorie intake.

    Mood today? :) It's rainy but warm and rest of the week rain and colder temps.
    A cold Spring as predicted.

    What would I have done differently? Not have the chocolate chip muffin before bed. I would have been slightly under if I skipped the evening snack. Of all things too... a muffin!

    MFP recipe. Under 300 calories
    Mood today? :( Snowed today but did melt. Still trying to get boat into water. Weather
    not cooperating.

    Did you try something new recently (food, exercise, etc...) MacDougalls vegetable soup for lunch, not bad
    Mood today? after taking my Mother to the emergency room Saturday night and not getting any sleep that weekend I was exhausted all week. I am going to rest today since I think I have the cold she had. Not sure why she has to go to the emergency room when she is coming down with a cold!?
