Successes/struggles this week: This was my first challenge. I didn't reach my goal weight, but I know I'm doing all the right things. Maybe I have to tweak my diet a little as I do work out a lot and the loss isn't showing as much as I thought it would. But I am close, I will keep going.0 -

Successes/struggles this week: My biggest struggle, this week, was making sure I get enough sleep. I know that sleep is the way the body repairs itself, but I still manage to eek out 5-6 hours/night when I know I need at least 7 to function well. I had two successes this week. First, I ran another 5k and came in third in my age group (out of 9). Second, I measured my body fat percentage. This month felt so disappointing until I realized I lost almost 2% in body fat over this time last month. Just goes to show that the number on the scale doesn't always tell you the whole story. Overall, I consider April to be a success because I lost weight and body fat. I may not have reached my goal, but I'm still headed in the right direction.

Struggles: Got sick all of a sudden! and now on antibiotics. Still breastfeeding and so far, supply has been ok.still on prenatal vit & fishoil.& Drinking tons of water.and im trying to use up some powdered shake we have ( better than go to waste).
So far counting calories has been helping me with weight loss, (hope ill lose more around the love handles area. ) this has made me even more conscious abt what i eat and how much.0 -
