MONTHLY THEME: Consolidation - After 84 days of hard core dedication to calorie restriction and exercise militancy I'm giving myself a plateau month before my body does it for me. A gentle easier month with only a small loss as the goal but continuing on with my positive attitude towards this journey.

    Start Weight (1st April): 220.4
    Goal Weight (1st May): 215.0

    1st April: 220.4
    8th April: 218.2
    15th April: 216.9
    22nd April: 215.6
    29th April: 214.7
    1st May: 213.4

Weight lost/gained this week: 1.3 loss
    Weight lost/gained this month: 7

Successes / Struggles The end: What a surprise that is another 1.3 pounds. I've easily made my goal this month but it was a pretty low challenge type goal anyway as I wanted to just give myself a break but I didn't really. I was a lot slacker with my food and I didn't log my bust out in detail however I kept up the exercise though towards the end of the month not as much. Now we are at the end of a month (or beginning) and so new goals and new ideas including new exercise regime as my pool is now closed so no more swimming until October.

BEST PART OF THE WEEK: A complete stranger in my YOGA class that I've been attending since end of JAnuary said to me how amazing I was looking. She said she remembered when I started and the transformation is incredible. You have no idea how good this feels to someone notice how well your doing. Particularly when there is no bias, this is just a random in a yoga class. Best feeling ever!!!

Successes/struggles this week 4: Another really struggle of a week. I've reached my monthly goal so YAYYYYY me but it has not been a cruisey time. I'm not sure what I have to do to get back into the zone where I'm really focused and it doesn't feel like a chore. I've eased back on the exercise a little alllowing my body to heal as everything was just hurting. I should be pumped but I just want to lay down and sleep and I don't even do that well!! I have to figured out a whole new exercise routine as the pool closed today.... Really have to give that some thought over the next couple of days..

Successes/struggles this week 3: I'm a bit late posting this (almost a week) even though it was another loss I still feel like I'm loosing ground. Strange sensation really. I feel heavier than when I started this journey though I'm 2 stone lighter. I think I'm emotionally heavier. I've lost my sense of joy. It's time for a shake up. That is what May will be with the pool closing and no more swimming I'm going to have to re-jig my exercise routine and this may be exactly what I need...... And an injection of excitement and joy I need some fun!!!

Successes/struggles this week 2: Still feeling similar to last week. I'm having great days in my weeks but also crappy terrible hard days (like today) I'm really struggling to stay within my calorie allocation for the day. I have really slipped on eating well instead I'm eating crappy food but little bits so this may account for my general feelings of BLAH.. Improvements need here, Back to salads and healthy choices and we may see improvements in how I feel overall. Still a loss so glad about that. Though If I eat like I have since I got on the scales I'm thinking I'll see that trend reverse. I need a bit of a push.. Someone to light a fire cracker under my (still far too large) butt.

Successes/struggles this week 1: Everything is a struggle. Everything.. I'm tired and headachey and over all that is ***** in my life and I just want off the merry-go-round. Seriously. I wish I knew what triggers these bouts of feeling so crappy. I physically feel crappy, like I'm getting sick but never quite am. When I feel good I feel great but when I feel bad I feel soooo bad. I'm tired of the struggle. I'm just tired full stop.

Successes/struggles this week: mostly what I expected but still sad to see. Was in vacation in California for 5 days....one which included the queen Mary brunch and you go big or go home there...plus the 10-12 mimosas probably didn't help either. Great time though. Im sure it'll go back down next weekend. Off to a new month challenge.

May challenge to get fit before my operation in June. A bone graft from hip into my lower left arm bones. After a double compound fracture. From coming of my horse. Limited for arm exercises, but focused on lower body strength and cardiovascular exercise

Struggles this week: I weighed in this morning but there was no change in weight. I blame it on the sodium since I had sushi last night. I may weigh in on Wednesday morning just to see if there are any changes. Plus, I've been bad about drinking water and hydration.
