    I just had the bagel with chipotle cream cheese that I regretted skipping yesterday, along with a giant mug o'coffee. I'm doing more cardio than usual today and a nice blast of carbs a few hours before seems to help me power through it.

    I ate peanut butter vanilla twist frozen yogurt with chocolate sprinkles last night because my parents and I went to the best local soft serve place. Right now I am trying to get my butt out of bed to get some fruit and a protein shake for breakfast.
