11 months down the line and 3 months into maintenance ...sheesh

You still need your apple cider vinegar and if you had only done your tea tox earlier this week you would be good.

Eat anything as long as I drink, take, etc... a certain food or pill, I will have no problem.

Hey, they work, they really do. I know 'cause I've tried them all.
Except, the lemon water infused with blueberry negative calorie celery is not fried in coconut oil, it's baked for exactly 4.3 minutes. Didn't you know that? Oh, and the acai has to have full fat whipped cream on top of it to work.
And, the peep cleanse.....only yellow peeps get rid of the toxins, not any other color.
I agree....I don't know why there is so much woo spread about weight loss either.0 -
I say have the glass of wine. A generous pour. Enjoy it. It will do you some good. You will then enjoy the party and your friends (more than you would enjoy the woo). You should accept my advice because ... reasons.0
