    Successes/struggles this week:

My weight is still yo-yoing around a lot. Over the past week I have weighed-in at:

    Tuesday 139.2
    Wednesday 139.6
    Thursday 140.2
    Friday 139.6
    Saturday 139.0
    Sunday -
    Today 138.6

Is this normal? Can anyone offer some feedback?

Absolutely normal....weight will nearly always fluctuate due to water/food/time of day etc etc
Pick one day a week and keep it as your "log" day but by all means monitor throughout if you want to track trends :)

@Jen2133 yes fluctations are absolutely normal, perhaps more so for us women - daily I go up and down by 2lbs, more when its TOM, the main thing is the overall trend is downwards

Successes/struggles this week: Last Friday I started level 2 of the 30 day shred. The hubs is still working out with me. Learned some new moves in level 2, still convinced Jillian's trying to kill me. During level 1 day 3-4 was the worst with all over pain and oddly my right thigh hurt more than anything else. Day 9-10 I was working through some major knee pain. That's not stopping me though. Using the RICE method + ibuprofen helps.

Results so far: weight is up 1/2 lb but that could be water retention cause my period is coming up next week. TMI I know, sorry guys. lol Not too worried about it at this point. On the plus side my measurements are down an inch except for my upper thigh. No change there yet. The hubs tells me we need to do P90X the next 30 days. Yikes!

So pleased with myself this morning, lowest I've ever been in adult life. My goal was to be 59.5kgs before going to Italy on May 30 so this means I made it with a week to spare. Next week could be challenging as working away so going to try to maintain at least :)

Successes: I've lost 3lbs yay! Some of this is probably water weight.
I've done the strength and flex podcast twice this week, planning to do this again today, then move onto week 2 podcast next week.

    Weight lost/gained this month: 0

Successes/struggles this week: I am still on plateau even though I am keeping under goal and doing loads of extra cardio now that I have my Fitbit. I may need to look more closely at my carbs/protein/fats balance. On the plus side I am really showing the weight loss that I have achieved.

    Week 2
    Weight lost/gained this week: -1
    Weight lost/gained this month: -1

Successes/struggles this week: Successes/struggles this week: I had lost 2lbs when I weighed myself on Monday but today I seem to have gone up 1 lb again. Win some/lose some. NSV: I bought new trousers in medium size this week and they fit perfectly.

    Week 3
    Weight lost/gained this week: -1
    Weight lost/gained this month: -2

Success: :D On Monday, dropped below 13 stone for the first time in 30 years.
Struggles this week: :'( Back up again this morning. Too many meals out cancelled drop in weight at the beginning of the week, but I know that I can do it, now.
Still an overall loss. I have started strength training, so that may be contributing slower weight loss. Ten days to achieved my May goal. I am optimistic.

I believe that the body adjusts as the process continues. So we have to work harder to shift the weight. Varying the type of exercise and increasing length or intensity may help to keep the weight shifting. :)

Comments/Successes/Challenges: I was a bit disheartened from 15th May weigh-in as I had only lost 0.4lbs that week however it's dropped off me this week which has been fantastic! On Tuesday though I was battling some demons and it took me so much strength to not give in and buy a take away and some wine. It sucked so hard. I can't believe I didn't give in because it felt like I would feel awful until I did. Thankfully I'm past that now. I have however messed my hip up which may set me out of a few days exercise :( will see what happens with that

Struggles or successes of your week:

Struggles : Very stressful week testifying at a child custody hearing for a friend, and was good up to last night when we went out for nachos and I over ate, but they were so good and I was so tired and de-stressing

Successes: Could have been so much worse, I do have some good willpower, and should be able to meet my goal still by the end of the month

Successes/struggles this week: I've been sick since Wednesday so I'm still not back into my workout routine. It's hard being sick since the only things I want to eat are bad for me but, I'm happy that I only gained two pounds rather than 5 or 6. I'm going to keep on working and hopefully lose what I gained and be back on track to be under 190. I have a plan for this weekend with the holiday, hoping I stick to it!
