Mon: 525 calories burned (74 mins abs, pushups, elliptical, stairclimber)
Tues: 885 calories burned (7 mins warm up, 30 mins with trainer, 76 mins cardio machines)
Wed: 515 calories burned (1 hour treadmill)
Thur:385 calories burned (30 mins with trainer 51 mins cardio)
Fri: 0 alories burned (rest day)
Sat:808 calories burned (stairmaster and elliptical)
Sun:516 calories burned (trail running and hot yoga)
Total:3634

Thank you MissingMinnesota for doing these challenges! Totally motivated me today! Didn't get to go to the gym today and I was only 169 calories away from the goal I set for myself. So instead of letting myself miss my goal by so few I went for a walk/jog in the rain @ 11pm

Tues: 654 calories burned (80 minutes- Treadmill)
Wed: 850 calories burned (Spinning, Elliptical, Leg and arm workout)

Fri: 200 calories burned (BIG wii)
Sat: 475 calories burned (3.1 miles Treadmill 46 mins )
Sun: 463 calories burned (3.3 miles Outside 55mins)

Tues: 0... had a migraine so got no workout in better luck today(wed 5-18)

Sat:414 mowing and cleaning
