    Tues: 885 calories burned (7 mins warm up, 30 mins with trainer, 76 mins cardio machines)
    Wed: 515 calories burned (1 hour treadmill)
    Thur:385 calories burned (30 mins with trainer 51 mins cardio)
    Fri: 0 alories burned (rest day)
    Sat:808 calories burned (stairmaster and elliptical)
    Sun:516 calories burned (trail running and hot yoga)

    Didn't make my goal. Town was devastated by tornado today. Keep Joplin, MO in your prayers. :(
  • Thank you MissingMinnesota for doing these challenges! Totally motivated me today! Didn't get to go to the gym today and I was only 169 calories away from the goal I set for myself. So instead of letting myself miss my goal by so few I went for a walk/jog in the rain @ 11pm :)

    Weekly Goal: 2500
    Mon: 152 calories burned (Treadmill-Cardio Coach, knee gave up after the first mile)
    Tues: 654 calories burned (80 minutes- Treadmill)
    Wed: 850 calories burned (Spinning, Elliptical, Leg and arm workout)
    Thur:calories burned (how they were burned)
    Fri: 200 calories burned (BIG wii)
    Sat: 475 calories burned (3.1 miles Treadmill 46 mins )
    Sun: 463 calories burned (3.3 miles Outside 55mins)

    Mon: 475... walking crunches cleaning jumping jacks and jumping rope
    Tues: 0... had a migraine so got no workout in better luck today(wed 5-18)
    Wed: 389.... zumba jumping jacks jumping rope
    Thur: 1168... mowing cleaning jumping jacks jumping rope wii bowling zumba crunches
    Fri:654... cleaning walking and stairs
    Sat:414 mowing and cleaning
    Sun:443 cleaning

    Total: 3543
    Left to go 3457

    didnt make it to my 7000 but got over 3500 so at least i got there

    Yay me, I surpassed my goal!!! I know I can push harder because there were a few days where I barely burned anything due to lack of time...I'll do better this week! I'm going for 4000!!!!
