Mood today? Today I just read my book. I wanted to go exercise but just didn't. The last few weeks I have been doing nothing but work and trying to get well. I guess this weekend I just wanted to have some fun but my husband had to do some plumbing to fix the sink in the bathroom. I feel better now after a nice dinner together and a small walk.

thanks @KeriA i really enjoy getting my workouts in... this week will be a lot lower though because i'm trying to jog my walking route now. plus daughter will be moving this week (hopefully) still waiting on paperwork to go through...

Mood today? Yesterday it was hard getting all the way around a lake I use to walk and run around 2 to 3 times a week so I am still getting my strength back from when I was sick. But I am proud I did it.

Hello Ladies!
Oh my... I've missing MIA for a while. Life is getting the best of me. I've been traveling most weeks for work and I am so out of my routine. Today I went to the Y and got back on the elliptical. Next week traveling again. I was maintaining but this morning I noticed a 2lb bump in the wrong direction. I guess all that time on the elliptical was actually doing something I'm home this week so I plan on getting my workouts in.
