    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? got more sleep walked a bit after dinner and didn't have any dessert after dinner
    What would I have done differently? more water
    What is today's personal goals? I just took a small walk
    Did you try something new recently (food, exercise, etc...)
    Mood today?Couldn't go to Aquafit Tuesday due to dentist appointment, today I didn't work so didn't go by the club with aquafit on the way home but we walked after dinner a bit

    What is today's personal goals? just back from Aquafit thinking of going to a street fair with lots of walking today or tomorrow.

    What would I have done differently? Incorporated my calories more
    What is today's personal goals? To get front garden area dug and planted, abd to plant the corn and beans

    What would I have done differently? more water yesterday today fine
    What is today's personal goals? Too late for today tomorrow another small walk and plenty of water

    Mood today? Today I just read my book. I wanted to go exercise but just didn't. The last few weeks I have been doing nothing but work and trying to get well. I guess this weekend I just wanted to have some fun but my husband had to do some plumbing to fix the sink in the bathroom. I feel better now after a nice dinner together and a small walk.

    No exercise just a rest day but I did get a walk in

    Sun - Rest day no exercise, Mother's day
    Mon- Yoga class + 10 min meditation
    Tue - Walking 40 min
    Wed- Cleaning house
    Thurs- Walking/jogging 50 min
    Fri - 75 min Yoga Class
    Sat - Gardening 2 hours, Walking 25 mins.

    thanks @KeriA i really enjoy getting my workouts in... this week will be a lot lower though because i'm trying to jog my walking route now. plus daughter will be moving this week (hopefully) still waiting on paperwork to go through...

    calories.
    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? No goal set for yesterday
    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Spent time with my grandson.
    What would I have done differently? Nothing
    What is today's personal goals? Riding my bike later today even though it's my
    rest day.
    Did you try something new recently? (food, exercise, etc.) Deviled eggs with avocado.
    They look green but were delicious.
    Mood today? Tired from yesterday's party

    Mon- Yoga class 75 min + 10 min meditation
    Tue- Biking 9.6 miles
    Wed- Yoga Class 75 min + 5 min meditation
    Thur- Walking 45 min.

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Walked around Greenlake almost 3 miles.
    What would I have done differently? drink more water
    What is today's personal goals? get some cleaning in along with the cooking it should give me some activity before a family bbq
    Mood today? Yesterday it was hard getting all the way around a lake I use to walk and run around 2 to 3 times a week so I am still getting my strength back from when I was sick. But I am proud I did it.

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Recuperated from a 4-hour tooth extraction from yesterday.

    What are today's personal goals? Don't chew on my right side
    Did you try something new recently (food, exercise, etc...)? The worst iced coffee in the world from 7-Eleven - Mocha loaded with sugar. I had to toss it after a few sips.

    Mood today? word for my day: struggle... my dog is a biter and he bit my hand today. my index finger is swollen and throbbing while the middle finger has some bite marks that bled quite badly.

    Mood today? I have a big meeting at one job and plenty of work at the other so need to get through Wednesday.

    Mood today? Rough week but finished it with a movie and dinner out with my husband, so fun

    Hello Ladies!

    Oh my... I've missing MIA for a while. Life is getting the best of me. I've been traveling most weeks for work and I am so out of my routine. Today I went to the Y and got back on the elliptical. Next week traveling again. I was maintaining but this morning I noticed a 2lb bump in the wrong direction. I guess all that time on the elliptical was actually doing something :) I'm home this week so I plan on getting my workouts in.

    I hope everyone is doing well!!!
