then at Crossfit we did the hero WOD "Murph"

I did cx work class, shot some baskets for about 15 minutes, 30 min on treadmill. Ran for 2 miles during the 30 min.. OH I also unloaded fire wood.0

I'm gonna hit the gym today (leg day). Rowing for warm-up. And if my legs aren't too sore after lifting I'm gonna spend some time either biking or running.0

like....work...for about 5.5 hours hahhahaha if that counts as anything!
I believe that burns about 500-600 calories...though I'm just gonna say it was only about 2-3 hours of work - mostly because I don't find that very believable.0 -
