because my kids bought a box of them and I hadn't had one in years. They are smaller now (probably less calories? ) and much sweeter than I remembered. It's not something I'll ever purchase myself but it was nice lol.

Right now munching on a 2-egg chicken - spinach - mozzarella omelet for lunch!
Had a bagel for breakfast so I upped the lunch protein to balance out macros lol.0 -

Why? Because it was left over from dinner last night and I love the stuff! And the way I make it is only about 300 calories per portion.0 -

Lettuce and tomato 1/3 lb sirloin burger from mcdonalds with no cheese no sauce. It's delicious but still up there in calories. I hate mayo and can't taste cheese on a burger anyway so no sense in wasted calories. I got a side salad with 1/2 packet low cal italian dressing instead of fries. Stayed within my daily calorie allotment. Woohoo me!
I'll go over a little on calories today but that's prep for big big big calorie burn exercise tomorrow morning .I love the results I'm getting with CICO.
