    Lettuce and tomato 1/3 lb sirloin burger from mcdonalds with no cheese no sauce. It's delicious but still up there in calories. I hate mayo and can't taste cheese on a burger anyway so no sense in wasted calories. I got a side salad with 1/2 packet low cal italian dressing instead of fries. Stayed within my daily calorie allotment. Woohoo me!

    I'll go over a little on calories today but that's prep for big big big calorie burn exercise tomorrow morning . :p I love the results I'm getting with CICO.
