    Successes/struggles this week: Figuring out the summer schedule for my family of 3 kids under 6. I've gotten used to having at least one in school most of the day. Today all 3 were home. I realized quickly that I need to sign them up for activities and take full advantage of childcare at the gym!

    Straggles... I am not consistent.. Working in the turism & food industry where the most amazing food pops in front of you daily.(nibbling on things, food tasting etc). And my job is to try it , gives me excuses daily... Well ,working 50 hour work weeks under the Florida sun is an other excuse .. I'm hungry and tired when I get home.
    Need that push to keep going...

    Successes/struggles this week:
    Struggles: keep eating huge portions and lots of chocolate. Also had food poisoning which made me very unwell.
    Successes: I went to a dance aerobic classic Tuesday and have done a couple of sessions of strength and flex . When I flex my arm muscles there is a little bit of shape to them under the flab :smiley:

    Successes/struggles this week: made it to 2 days of water aerobics, 2 days of river walking (kinda like water aerobics) physical therapy and my weekly date with personal trainer!!!!!!!! All of which were a struggle to get out of bed and go!! Looking forward to this challenge even tho I'm starting a lil late!!!

    Successes/struggles this week: Had a few days where my food choices were a little out of my control, and I chose not to try too hard. Drank much more beer than I normally would. Finished the last couple days pretty strong, though.

    cool hope this helps keep me motivated! my problem is always the weekend - I keep the sabbath so I can't use a computer or laptop (or write in a diary) on Friday night- Saturdays to log what I eat and then i am just not careful enough! any tips?

    Hi Aliza. You may want to pre-plan your food by identifying ahead of time what you'll eat during the Sabbath. You can give yourself a couple of healthy choices for each meal and snack so it doesn't get too boring. Then use this pre-printed list during each Sabbath throughout the year. Good luck!

    Successes/struggles this week. Okay, so on Monday, June 1st my weight was up from eating out over the weekend. Last Saturday my weight was 206 so in one week it is down -1.8. I'm changing my weigh in days to Saturday this month. Monday is not a good day for me to weigh in.

    Successes/struggles this week: Cut out the sugar this week and it made an enormous difference. And for the first time, my Muscle mass is greater than my body fat %!! Woo Hoo!!

    I've heard of a plateau/woosh thing that happens. I've been on a plateau for MONTHS. Thinking this good week is the woosh? Hope it lasts!

    Successes/struggles this week: This week has actually been extremely successful. I was in a more active department at work which allowed for more calories burned. Struggles were I had sort of a break up, but I got through it without emotional eating, so that's always a plus!
