Been on MFP since 30th December 2014. I have been putting on weight significantly over the last 4 years because my husband cooks so well and I like to eat so much!

These before pics are not my heaviest. I put on another 10kgs since then.

I am going back home (overseas) for my brothers wedding in June and I really don't want everyone I haven't seen for a few years to think I let myself go (although I did). So I just started eating less and exercising more. I take a train from work to 2 suburbs away from my house everyday then power walk the 6-7kms home. Amazingly, I can still get home faster than the bus! Prevents me from having the excuse that my long work hours and long commute leave no time for exercise.

Only a few more kgs to go :)

    SW: 94kgs
    CW:71kgs
    GW:68-70kgs

Hi, here's mine, not sure how motivational it will be since I'm not at goal yet and just treading water at this point.
Before is somewhere north of 400 pounds (my scale only went that far), the during is somewhere around 200 pounds4kl4ge07bpth.jpg

    Great job.

I had to post again just for the simple fact that I weight about the same in both theses pictures around 300 but what a difference it is when your body fat is 25% compare to 35% or higher

I know I just posted in the 5'4 group but I couldn't help but post these here. From well over 185 I stopped weighing myself and lost a lot of weight before I could step on a scale again to 155 now. I'm back on MFP after a few month break (with no gains!) to lose the final 15 or more pounds. I would like to be a size 8 when I am done I am a 10 right now but would like to tone up my core more and make sure no resemblance to a double chin is left. Also stelar job everyone it really motivates me to cross the finish line. hxdc5mpirjrz.jpg
