I'm joining the post late, but it's great to see people supporting each other! This past week I struggled with exercising regularly. I only fit in three workouts, but my food was on point! I don't aim to be perfect, but my overall goal whether I reach my weight goal this month is to not yo-yo and to remain as consistent as possible. So far, I've stayed consistent having small frequent meals so I don't pig out on crappy foods.

Struggles: My weight was crazy fluctuating. On Friday I was at the same weight as my starting weight, so I cranked up the cardio and lost 1.5 on Saturday and Sunday. Accountability is so important. I just had to show myself some results on the weekly weigh-in.

Struggles: This week was pretty great. I worked out six days a week which is awesome for me. Struggles is MFP keeps saying I'm not eating enough I hope it doesn't effect my weight loss. Also, I ate out once, thought it was going to put a damper on this but it didn't!!0 -
