@runtimer - my husband's shoes do the same in the same spot and he only walks in them! I was thinking of putting a bit of moleskin over his toenails to see if that might help. Or maybe duct tape inside for an added layer of strength :laugh:
@briebee7 - love that you can run your daughter to summer camp!
@HonuNui - Awesome picture! I do love those sea turtles!0 -

If you do 2 runs in a day do you get the same benefit as 1 long run? Translation : Did I really do an almost 4.5 mi run?

@stoshew71 Yeah I suck. I don't know why it's so hard for me to get there. I did get up at 4:15 and just couldn't manage to make it out the door. I have no good excuses just lazy butt, especially since I'm working from home today. Made my butt even more lazy.
@torituma4 my boyfriend is in Abu Dhabi and he's not a fan of the fasting. I don't know about all day fasting but I run fasted every morning. For the most part I also run 5K and 10K fasted. For me the biggest thing is hydration. I think your plan is the way to go.

Does anyone here live in El Paso? I need to go there the 1st full week of July for business and was wondering if anyone lived there. I asked my boss if I'm safe running through town, he told me to run on Post. I made sure I got a hotel with fitness center in case I need to run on the dreadmill. I've been there once before but only for a long weekend.0
