    JFT 6/19/15

Was sick all day due to nausea and stomach cramps. I'm pretty sure there's something in my diet I need to change. I've had gall bladder issues in the past, especially when I have a very clean diet with lots of fiber. Didn't exercise, but I met my calorie goal and rested.

    JFT 6/20/15
    - Meet calorie goal
    - Get school instruments needing repair labeled and ready to go for Monday
    - Hit the gym after my daughter goes to bed - need to make up the upper body workout I missed yesterday.
    - STRETCH! I'm very sore from shadowboxing for 6-7 rounds on Thursday.
    - Practice guitar for 15 minutes... Teaching a guitar class next fall, gotta brush up!
    - Get stuff all finished for father's day!

Have a great father's day, guys!!!

Pouring rain here in Mass so I may walk this evening. Trying to pretrack healthy foods & stay busy with kids to avoid my usual trigger foods. I've really cut back on sugar over the past few weeks & it's such a challenge! Have a Happy Father's Day to all.

    JFT
    Pretrack
Make healthy supper tonight for family.
Do not eat the treats I brought home from church!!
Review calendar to plan activity & obstacles throughout the week.
    Be grateful.
    Journal.
    Find some inspiration.

    1. De clutter! De clutter! De clutter! We have guest coming next Wednesday. :) I got one room done.
    2. Pre-log menus; stick to them! :) This really helps as you know how many calls you have spare. (or not, as the case may be! lol)
    3. 10,000 + steps. Fitbit was out of juice so not sure of this one!
    4. Writing - reviews. I got six 500+ word reviews written and submitted. This month is very busy for me.

We are having family day for Father's Day, so:

    2. Pre-log menus; build in 'treats'.
    3. Be mindful of what I am eating.
    4. Easy on the wine.

Put me in the sick with a cold boat too. Hope everyone feels better fast!
I got my run in yesterday, so I will lay low today and be careful to eat mindfully.

OH, I almost forgot..... During my run (the only time I can think clearly) it occurred to me that I really need to post using the positive on this thread. Duh. So, please bonk me over the head if you catch me saying what I "won't" do on any given day!!!

    - eat back max 25% of exercise calories
