What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? didn't overeat at family dinner

What is today's personal goals? went to Aquafit 2 days in a row
Mood today? Not a bad week considering

Mon - a small walk
Tues- Aquafit
Wed - small walk
Thurs - had dinner meeting instead of Aquafit

I have been behind on my tracking here. I still have trouble copying and pasting on my tablet so I have to go
on our lap top to do this and I get behind.
Anyway, I will be leaving tomorrow for a week at our family cottage so I will not have any Wi Fi for a week.
I will get back at it when I return.

What is today's personal goals? went to Aquafit drink more water
Mood today? got a new water bottle (glass) and the water tastes better so I am drinking more.
