Question on Protein whey vs casein

I used casein once...and never will i use it again. I don't know why but I felt "fuller" everywhere especially my legs and arms. As soon as I went back to whey everything deflated haha
However, because casein has a much different consistency than whey i couldn't eat it straight from a bowl but it did make mixing it with yogurt a little yummier.0 -

You don't like to feel the pump. That is ok.0 -
What a thread, whey vs casein, shopping lists vs length and girth, jeeps vs child saving accounts. I'm glad I saved enough calories for popcorn!0

I like the way triple chocolate Casein protein tastes so much better than whey chocolate but the marketing hype on whey protein is so overwhelming just looking for advice.
Thank you.
Do you think it matters? What has your research told you so far?

Such a waste. You can run it for much less money on carbohydrates.0 -
For me there is a huge difference between the whey versus casein powders. I have to stick to pure isolated whey protein as I'm highly allergic to the casein component of milk and call me crazy but I have never been a huge fan of breaking out in full body hives. I can tolerate a tiny bit of milk on cereal, and a splash of cream in my coffee but any more than that sends me running for the Benedryl!0
