It was dinner time so: free from (wheat, gluten etc) pasta, quorn chicken pieces with two cherry tomatoes quartered, 4 olives sliced, 6 carrot batons diced, and two celery sticks sliced as a 'sauce'. It was an experiment, and now I know what to expect. I then had 4 little strawberries halved and 5 black seedless grapes for dessert.0

I am now enjoying a shrimp salad, consisting of 2 cups torn baby lettuces, 6 ounces of chopped jumbo shrimp, and 3 T reduced fat asian toasted sesame dressing, accompanied with a 12 oz glass of 1% milk. The shrimp is high in sodium but a great protein source. I always soak and rinse my shrimp after peeling and de-vaining, so I know I am not getting all of that sodium. I still log it.0

Power stick! Granola, peanut butter, honey, dry milk, dried cranberries and just a few white chocolate chips. Mix and roll into sticks. Refrigerate and they are good for days! I'm always STARVING first thing in the morning. Fills me up and gives me the energy to run after all 5 of these boys in my house!0

50grams of Natural peanut butter (No salt, sugar, additives ect) with a quarter of a cucumber cut into long thick strips. Used the peanut butter as a dip....was to die for! Swear I could eat it all day if it wasn't so high in calories, but a great afternoon snack!0
