While I haven't been posting, I have been doing the challenge. I had a perfect record for the first half of June and then a couple long week-ends of guests/events/parties and it all went downhill and I never even logged onto mfp. Needless to say, it shows.
But, I am back again and determined. This challenge helps me more than anything so thanks IamIam2013 for keeping it going!!

I've shifted more calories to lunchtime. That really seems to help with LNS cravings! I still save a few calories for a (tiny) after dinner treat, such as a couple of strawberries.0 -
