    We had a "real" celebration last night - Hubby went to our Mexican restaurant herein town and brought home our dinner <3 My leg continues to hurt a lot. I guess I have turned into a pansy :(

    Last night I did not try to help my pain with food as I finally stayed out of the kitchen. So the new streak has started!

    I would like to join this group although it's mid-month already. Having such a problem with night time snacking and could benefit from any tips/advice. One question ~ what does Me: and LNS: stand for?

    LNS: "number of times late night snacks won"

    Example: Me: 2 - LNS: 0 indicates I won the first two nights.

    Some people also add a * to the latest number. In the example, that would be
    Me: 2 - LNS: 1*
    if LNS won the 3rd night.

    It's as simple as that. Or as complicated, as you will discover. Nevertheless, the persistence and good results of some of our "old" members (and some people keep coming back) show that the battle is worthwhile .

    I wish I had seen this challenge at the first of the month. But I'm new to browsing around on MFP. I do great staying within my calorie goal until late evening and then nearly always throw myself over the top 200-300 calories. Like I give up and throw in the towel for another day .. If I'd just go to sleep instead!!! How has everyone's results been on the scales cutting out the late night snacks??
