JULY EXERCISE CHALLENGE!

Options
Here is is: Pick a workout you enjoy - running, swimming, walking, biking, lifting. Whatever you want!

The challenge is to get in at least 30 minutes every day. So an overall goal for the month of 1,000 :) exercise minutes.

Post your starting weight and exercise of choice. Check in every day for motivation and to keep accountable. We can do it! I am studying 10+ hours a day for the bar exam in 4 weeks, so if I can keep up, so can you.

My name is Amy. This morning I weighed 164.4lbs. My exercise of choice is walking my dog Marlow.

Don't know for sure if you're following the normal post or relying on this thread so here it is.
Name is Steve. Starting yesterday at 167.5lbs. Been limited due to back issues the last 8weeks but never stopping. You'll see mostly Yoga and running.
    7/1 - 37 minutes of Yoga, 7/2 - 60 minutes trail running.

Question. Regarding this challenge, are we committing to one type of exercise? Or are the minutes totals of combined exercises?
