Good job today!0 -
I'm ok with current weight but have a goal of working out 6 days per week for next 30 days0

Thanks for the support luluforfitness. I like the idea that I should think about maintaining instead of losing. I look forward to this trip every year. We do a lot of walking while we are touring, so perhaps I can lose weight if I watch the volume of food I eat. This year we are in an area where there are great bike trails, so I will try that as well.0

Good for you! Walking is a wonderful way burn both calories and stress!!! I have done the Couch to 5K app and it works really well. Sending positive walking/running energy your way!

Are you getting enough to eat during the day, with lots of "good fats?" I like the European philosophy on eating: Eat like a King for breakfast, a Prince for lunch, and a Pauper for dinner.

A hearty veggie soup can be a great "Pauper" dinner!
