Successes/struggles this week: I struggled to stay within calorie goal but I logged everything which kept me in check. I went over my goal but stayed below 2000 calories which is still good for me. I also exercised 3x this week which off set going over my calorie goal.

However, I logged everything which helped me realize my problem areas. I also exercised 4 days, but after Sunday, I didn't walk as much as I wanted to. Will hopefully walk more this week.0 -
