Successes/struggles this week: The scale wouldn't move this week. In the past I would have said "screw it," but I was determined not to let it discourage me. I saw it as the fat catching up with all the water loss of the first week. I continued with my program with logging and exercising daily. I'm proud about this weeks weight loss.0 -

Successes/struggles this week: Success - Might seem a little silly, but last night my husband got the family blizzards and I had already logged my day's calories & exercise. I really wanted to eat the whole thing (he got everyone large sizes), but I opted to have about 4 bites and then I put it in the freezer. I felt really proud of myself because sometimes self control is a hard thing for me.
Struggles - I didn't drink as much water as I had planned, and I feel a bit discouraged because on Sunday, my weight was 183.4, so I feel like my weight today is not where I want to be, but I know that I didn't drink enough water yesterday, so I suspect that has a bit to do with where I'm at today.
Still having a goal of drinking more water and getting in at least 1-2 runs before next Wednesday's weigh in...I've been slacking!

Successes/struggles this week: My sweet cravings was out of control!!! I had some type of candy every day last week. I did, however, have a pretty successful weekend. Successes/struggles this week: For successes-I stayed with my 30 Day Shred every other day as planned, and have completed Level 1, Day 5. I was under my calorie goal every day this week! For struggles- I didn't quite make my goal of 40 minutes of exercise on non 30DS days, but I came very close. I'm struggling with motivation this week as well...I'm exercising every day and eating very well, but the weight (and inches) is not coming off as fast as I'd hoped. Not going to stop by any means, just having to adjust my expectations!0 -

Successes/struggles this week: Well I'm in a deficit due to IF so I guess I'm eating the wrong kinds of foods when I do eat. In actuality my weight as yo-yo'd all week. One day it was 208, another it was 212. I won't get discouraged though. Just get more active. I'm getting to onderland by August 1st....I don't care what this scale says today.0 -

I only worked out a handful of times. -8.2 Pounds in one week is kinda crazy so I wouldn't be surprised if it went back up next week. I'll take it though!! Successes/struggles this week: Yesterday I got down to 156.6 which is the lowest I've seen in a couple of years so today's weigh in was a little disappointing, however I have been fluctuating up and down with a general downward trend (the lows keep getting lower, as do the highs) so I'm not too bothered by it...I had some salty stuff yesterday so it's probably water weight. I am going to a music festival on Friday and Saturday and will be eating from food trucks and drinking beer so I'm a little concerned about that but will try not to go too crazy (while relaxing a bit because this is one of the highlights of my summer).
I'm averaging a pound a week and not feeling deprived so I'm happy!0 -

Had a terrible night Monday. Went to the kitchen late, started eating - and kept eating.
I have been able to walk outside 4 days this week. The other 3 could not b/c of leg.
I am so disappointed in my weight. Really thought it would be in the teens this week.
But on to our week 3.
