When you're weighing the banana peel in the office at work.

I did this the other day and my colleagues looked at me like I was insane!

Spending more time than normal to get all the yogurt out of the tub.

That would result in negative calories.

It's ok I log it as exercise.

HAHA !!! This made me chuckle.

...you start weighing the water going into your post-run smoothie.

Pretty much this. Just yesterday I put my cup on the scales before pouring in some water from a bottle.

I weigh the water for my coffee, but I make mine in a French press and only make half a pot and it doesn't have any markings. I'm sort of bleary eyed in the morning. Weighing is easier than eyeballing it for me to get just the right amount of water to make the perfect cup. Yes, my one cup of coffee is big enough to take up half the French press.

My husband prefers to use the drip maker because he likes a whole pot and drinks a different kind of coffee than I do. Philistine.

When I lick the yogurt off the pull off foil lid.

Those are my calories and if I have to log them...I'm going to eat every last one of them.

    I do that!

And when I have a steak I weigh it cooked, then weigh the stuff I trim off and subtract it

Last time we had steak, my poor fiance tried to toss my meat scraps before I'd weighed and subtracted them ;)
