5. Dr. appointment.
We need to travel for an hour one way to get to Wal-mart and/or Target. I just did not feel like that yesterday but as today is her birthday I will make the trip.
I hope the Dr. will find answers as to why this leg is hurting so much.
I hope you all have a great day!!

Today I turn 64. My goal was to be at my goal weight for my 64th birthday, but I am still 22 lbs from that.
But -- I am still here! I can walk 5 miles easily without having to stop. I have outlived 4 of my siblings. So I am very grateful. But God gave me this body to take care of, and I have not. So today is a good day to start getting serious again!
just for today

EAT TO LIVE. DO NOT LIVE TO EAT!
I'm so I missed your birthday and hope you had a wonderful day!
What a great gift to yourself to.choose to take care of your body. How can you treat it beautifully with nutrition and movement today and this week?

Well I'm back after a few days AOL from the thread. I have been logging but almost avoiding looking at the calories as it's been pretty bad.
only thing balancing it (but not completely) is my regular attendance at bootcamp. It's now normal for me to do a double class on Mon and Wed when I'm not with clients, plus a single class on Friday. My Fitness has come a long way since Feb and I will kep pushing it further!!
Now I just need to eat fewer calories....0 -
Wednesday's goals:
- Eat under calorie goal
- push hard at double bootcamp
Remember I'm choosing this.. no one is making me do it.
I've lost 21 lbs so far through choice and taking positive action... I CAN get rid of the remaining 12 if I keep this up.
Smiles and warmth to everyone.0 -

Well, yesterday was pretty much an utter failure...I don't have many of those! I fell asleep, missed my swim and didn't walk nearly enough. I also wasn't hungry, so I didn't get nearly enough veggies. At least my weight went in the right direction. I wonder if I am fighting a cold or something--it's really strange for me to be so tired.
Thursday:
1. 15,000 steps
2. Eat enough0 -
Stay in calorie range today, even though I'm eating out tonight. That is such s hard one for me. And it's a lecture/meal and free and I can't take any home.0

JFT Friday 24/7
Not to get carried away with the shawarma today since one wrap is rarely enough for me and plan around it so I don't overeat. I may make a light soup and a big salad to have before lunch, this way I won't be able to overeat even if I tried.0 -

I did not do #3 as I picked up my book and did not put it down until I finished. Therefore, I really enjoyed the day but did not accomplish anything.
