As long as you never give up then you are never defeated. Helped me in June when my appetite did a roller coaster ride. I rode it out and jumped right back on the horse July 1st. No looking back, No feeling bad, just choosing to do what I have to do to get my goals.0

Eat a portion now, Eat the rest later.
For someone who struggles to waste food, realizing that I can eat half a mac and cheese and save the rest for the next day or the next meal was liberating. It doesn't need to go in the bin, it just doesn't have to go into my mouth all in one sitting.
This is one of my biggest problems, too..Feeling like I HAVE to eat it all or it goes to waste! I can relax now and think of it like - "It's still wasting food if you eat it and your body doesn't need it." Better to be in the garbage than your stomach!0 -
