    As long as you never give up then you are never defeated. Helped me in June when my appetite did a roller coaster ride. I rode it out and jumped right back on the horse July 1st. No looking back, No feeling bad, just choosing to do what I have to do to get my goals.

    This is one of my biggest problems, too..Feeling like I HAVE to eat it all or it goes to waste! I can relax now and think of it like - "It's still wasting food if you eat it and your body doesn't need it." Better to be in the garbage than your stomach!
