Why am I not surprised?0

know this is an old thread but popping in to say hello!
I've wanted to try pole fitness for years but never had confidence/time/insert rubbish reason but now I've changed jobs and am going to my first class tonight!!
I'm super nervous because I have zero upper body strength ( struggle pulling myself from a pool) and I'm rather chunky to be hurling myself round a pole, but I'll never know if I dont try right!

How was your first class? Hope you had fun0 -
I've never gotten around to trying pole fitness on land, but I did end up getting certified as an Acqua Pole instructor in May. I'm the one in the white hat.

^I did not know that was a thing. Isn't it difficult to grip?
I wish there was a studio nearby. It gets lonely practicing at home.0
