    just got home from a long weekend w/o phone/internet/scale. lets just keep my weight the same although i'm sure i've gained, too many s'mores!!

    Some Impressive Losses Pin-Ups!!! Let's keep up the great work for this week. My goals are:

    1. Cleaner Eating
    2. Double workouts (morning/evening) at least 3 days this week.
    3. Stick to the p90x program ALL week!
    4. Lower my carb intake.

    Love seeing this chart full of losses!!! Although my loss was minimal, it was still a loss so I can't complain. Hopefully my choices this week will be better and I'll get back into full swing.

    My goals this week:
    1. Get back into my nightly 30DS
    2. Train intensely for my very first 5k on 6/12
    3. Put on my old little black dress for a wedding Saturday night :)

    I'm not on the chart even though it was confirmed that I was added. Please put me on... I want to play too! :wink:

    If I don't get your weigh-in before I put the chart up, usually 7pm-ish (central time), then you won't see yourself on the chart unless I reupload the images.

    I have 78 girls who 'joined' and didn't weigh in today. If I leave the girls that don't weigh-in on the chart week to week, it ends up throwing off the group numbers. So as long as you get your weight to me before Monday evening each week, you'll definitely be on the chart. :flowerforyou:

    I updated the chart images, but like always, they don't update instantly on this site. You're seeing the most recent images, when the group total says -144.6.

    We are amazing. I need to step up my contribution to the groups weight loss
    and like MightyMom4 - I'm gunna try for 3 double workouts this week (although if i can fit in two i'll be super excited)
