    Successes/struggles this week: For successes-I bought a food scale and found out that my guestimating was actually over my actual calories consumed, so I have been able to add a little more in and still lose! I also lost an inch on my waist from the last time I measured, thanks to 30 Day Shred. For struggles- motivation was my main struggle again. Honestly until I come and look at this thread and my last update, I feel like I'm not losing very quickly, or enough, but then I see I lost a pound since last Wednesday, and I feel better. Onward!

    Successes/struggles this week: Stayed consistent: logged & exercised everyday. I kept up with not eating after 6pm which I believe is the key to my weight loss. I struggled with the heat. There were many times that I didn't want to make something to eat and just get a pizza or fast food. But, I didn't! :)

    Successes/struggles this week: Woah, I've reached my goal! Wow that was easier than expected! But I will still keep doing the challenge because with TOM approaching, I know I will pick up a bit so we'll see where we are on the 1st of August. I did manage to fit in an extra session in the gym. Did this class called Piloxing, which was amazing!!! It was really tough but it gave me exactly what I needed, a fully body workout

    Struggles this week: I felt like I was on a roll for a few days, and then all of a sudden I lost it. There were two nights of binging and not as many workouts this week. It was a stressful week because my final exam for the smmer class I'm taking is today, so I resorted to the familiar stress management - chocolate. Looking forward I'm pretty optimistic though, I am back on track with mindful eating and exercising. It should show at the next weigh-in.

    Successes this week: I made it through wihout giving up completely.

    Successes/struggles this week:
    ***Struggles - Road trips, even relatively short ones, suck. Spending 3.5 hours in a car each day for a few days does not help with "moving more" and my food choices were not that great. All week long, my fitbit's step count has been lower than I would like.
    ***Success - Even with a pretty "off the wagon" weekend, I made sure to eat at a deficit the other days of the week and am slowly adding in more exercise.

    My "blood clot" leg has continued to hurt.

    Successes/struggles this week: I've been really tired and weak, lately. I should be getting to bed earlier, but I haven't been. This week has also been a struggle for my weight. I plateaued practically all week and despite trying my hardest, I seemed to gain? That might just have been timing or something. Well, gladly, I still lost a good amount, this week, so I guess I can't complain.

    Successes/struggles this week: I was worried because I was at 118 just yesterday, but I guess the water weight did well to GET OUT AND NEVER COME BACK(it probably will). I've been getting a bit lazy, and I had thought about starting to track during the weekends, but I decided not to. I love food too much, and I think I'll burn out if I do that. I'd rather lose slowly than stop all together because I started hating it.

    Took up running again. I like that :)

    Successes/struggles this week: Success - I have been committing to drinking 80+ oz. of water daily and I FEEL a HUGE difference because of it. I also feel that it's that which helped me drop weight. I have fluctuated a bit due to TOM, but hoping for continued success with added water and diligence.

    Struggles - The weather is starting to calm down and I feel like I have the time to go for runs, but I'm opting not to....to be honest, I think I'm worried about being disappointed in my running stamina. Whatever the case, I had set a goal to run 2 times a week (aiming for mornings on the weekends) and I have not followed through with that.

    Successes/struggles this week: Not surprised I gained +0.5lb this week. I had a carefree weekend and didn't workout much. I'm just happy I didn't gain more! For the rest of the month I will be super strict and get lots of workouts in. I hope to be under 255 by August 1st!

    Successes/struggles this week: I'm amazed I actually lost a pound. We were away at the weekend which involved sitting in the car for five hours each way. I ate far too much at the weekend and didn't log like I said I would. However, I have bought some size 14 trousers that now fit me which has been surprisingly motivating. I've got a meal out and a takeaway this week so I'm just going to make the best choices I can. One big success - I haven't had a binge this week! I really feel like it, but I've managed to stop myself with a good taking to.

    Struggles: You'll notice that my weigh-in date is different. TOM hit me this morning and I'm just going to ignore that number on the scale and use one from earlier this week. We'll just not talk about it. Although, it is worth noting that the number it jumped way up to is lower than my starting weight this month :).

    Successes: So far, I've logged my food faithfully, haven't gone over my calories yet, followed a low carb/high protein plan and I'm excited that the weight is coming off. Been drinking my water and trying to up my exercise each week.
    Struggles: Exercise is my struggle, because I'm in S. Arizona (HOT) and I like to hike and walk outside. Can't wait until the weather cools down. In the mean time, I've been walking an indoor track = boring, but doable. :smile:

    Successes/struggles this week: So excited that I went on vacation this week and I didn't gain any weight and I still managed to loose 1lb. Trying to keep running in the morning before I go into work. Makes a big impact on my day and my weight loss.

    Successes/struggles this week: My weight was as high as 214 in the past week and this morning it was back at 209. I weigh every morning in the same spot though so I don't know how it fluctuates so much. It's not my TOM or anything either. This week I have been eating what I want and exercising when I want lol. Summer is such a *kitten* time to diet lol.
