What did you say "NO!" to today?

I was tired and hungry after a big grocery trip with 2 small children - but I said NO to the 3 fast food joints nearby. They looked good, but I passed them anyway!

My husband's slice of ooey-gooey-cheesey pizza in the fridge! Now that there is what ya call willpower!!!
Good for you, mrsdrshot! Not good for you or the children! That's a victory for sure!0 -
Hahahaha. Nothing. I'm hormonal and it's been pretty much a disaster. At least I don't crave sweets as much as pasta/bread products when it happens.0

Food and nutrition? I said yes to everything. I don't believe in "no" when it comes to food. That's what most peoples problem is. People think dieting, or "eating right" is something different than what they do today, when all it really is is reducing the amounts. Most people don't have to change what they eat all that much. They have to change how much of it they have become accustomed to eating, which is usually ridiculously too much.
this, exactly. I didn't say no to any food today. Instead, whatever food I wanted to eat, I weighed and counted in my daily calorie count. Making it fit into my day means I can eat what I like.0 -
I said No to the telemarketer that called, said a few other things too but those aren't MFP appropriate.

I said, "no" to that chocolate bar, setting at my receptionists desk! I might have had one yesterday, but not today.0

I didn't say no exactly, I "chose" to have unsweetened green tea, even though I am not used to it that way.0

Food choices were all solid, but I said "no" to another committee looking for more volunteers.... I have finally realized that I can't do it all!0

I said no to cough drops and Tylenol because my allergies weren't bothering me today. No pain or even mild discomfort today! I haven't felt this way since March!
Well... never mind.0 -
I said no to the Tim Horton's (and all of the other food places for that matter) at the mall and the convenience store near home. I pre-packed a small lunch to take with my on my errands in case it got late, and it did. My wallet and my innards are pleased, haha.0

I said no to being tired,so I took a nap and now I'm full of energy to attend gym in a couple of hours.
Food wise..I said YES to all of them cos they were all good, healthy and tasty, and I've got a long way to get my macros yet xD0 -
I said no to the chocolate bar I didn't like that a coworker brought in and yes to the one I hadn't tried. The one I tried was really good! I love it when coworkers travel and bring back sweets.
I said no to the ice cream at the birthday social because they were out of drumsticks. There were ice cream sandwiches, but I don't love them, so I said no to them. If there had been a drumstick I would have eaten it.
I've become more discriminating with my treats. I only eat treats that I really like. Before I ate anything that was there.0 -
They had these big sugar or maybe shortbread cookies frosted in bright colors to celebrate the people in the company who have received patents this year. I've received two, but I know those cookies were ~350 cals and wouldn't be very satisfying. I was one of only 4 or 5 people out of 50ish that didn't have a cookie in hand.0

I'm going to say "no" to eating a pound of pasta for dinner. Eight ounces when dry and not a noodle more.0

Lots and lots of things. And I said yes to a lot too.0
-
I don't say no to anything unless it's a plate of peas and Carrots. Yuk!0

I did not finish the leftover half of my daughter's waffle after she was done, even though it sounded really really good. I had already eaten my breakfast and I've been going over my calorie goal too often lately with unplanned snacks like that.0

Ditto. Doesn't matter today.
Luckily I haven't had to say no to anything today. Yet.

I said, "No" to not weighing my breakfast peanut butter or the chicken at lunch. I weighed it to the gram! Not guessing makes eating the 'naughty' stuff completely acceptable because I know how much I CAN have, not that it's off limits.0

I said no to the Amy's meal I was looking at for lunch. Got an Evol bowl and apple slices instead for about 50 fewer calories.0

I said no to snacking all day and no to club crackers with cheese in the middle. Oh and I said no to chocolate. Said no to my mind that I'm not giving up so quit telling me to eat bad and do nothing all day. Lol0
