I kind of wanted to eat more after I eat breakfast, but I said no. I knew I would feel full in 10 minutes and sure enough, I did. I went on with my day.

A coworker tried to give me a homemade cookie. I said NO! and slapped it out of their hands..... (not really, I took the cookie, let it sit on my desk for a few hours, then threw it away.)

What a waste. You didn't have room in your calorie deficit for one cookie?

A cookie could easily be 300 calories.

Lots of people would have trouble fitting that many empty calories into their already-planned day.

I'd like to see the recipe for a 300 calorie homemade cookie.

    challenge accepted.

I said no to the rolls my husband and son had their meatballs on.

I made paleo meatballs for dinner and while they had theirs on a big roll with melted cheese, I had mine in a bowl. Since I made that choice, I can have a glass of wine tonight :)

My shoulder devil said, "We just finished our upper body workout. Let's skip abs, just for today..."
and I mulled it over for a good minute before saying "No!"

Unfortunately, I said no to breakfast because when I got back from the gym, I sat down to work on my website, "for just a minute" and the next thing I knew it was Noon. :s
