After 2.5 hrs looking for the owner, said NO to the lost dog coming into my house today...and yes to the Animal Control who took her. (owner paid the impound fee.)

Opened the fridge and saw a pizza. Didn't eat it! Then I had chicken nuggets for dinner. Said "no!" to having about 10 more on top of what I already had. I love me some chicken nuggets!0

I said "no" to snacking after 9pm yesterday. That, for me, is a big accomplishment, as that's usually when I go over my calorie count for the day.0

Last night I said no to ice cream, I could have made it fit but I'm sick and I find it makes my throat worse when I eat it. Saving those calories for when I feel better and can enjoy it.0
