    Goal=1800 minutes

    Aug 1 = 45 mins.......swimming
    Aug 2 = 115 mins.....weight lifting, calisthenics and swimming
    Aug 3 = 40 mins…….swimming

    It amazes me how much people work out. I do about 550 minutes/month now. I will take a shot at doubling it. 1100 for me.
    Aug 2- 44 mins (1056 remaining).

    1,000 minutes for me, I am on the injured list at the moment but I can at least that. Can't stand sitting still.
    August 1: 86 min (walking)
    August 2: nothing, laid up :-(
    August 3: 66 min (walking)

    2nd Aug - 20 mins

    3rd Aug - 20 mins

    4th Aug - 20 mins

    Will try and aim for more once my body stops being in shock!
    Doing 30 day shred and will incorporate walking and biking.

    Aug 1: 30mins Tae Bo
    Aug 2: Rest day
    Aug 3: 60mins brisk walk
    Aug 4: 37mins brisk walk and 8min jog at the end

    135/2000!

    I'm in! My goal is going to be 1000. I just started working out and losing weight so let's see how this goes! I have been doing insanity 5 days a week a long walk on Saturdays and softball on Sundays.

    August 1st - 120 minutes
    August 2nd - 75 minutes
    August 3rd - 40 minutes
    August 4th - 40 minutes

    Total - 275/1000

    Good start! Let's keep this rolling :)

    I've been debating what my Aug goal should be. I think because it is my birth month and traveling will be happening I will set it at 3500 min.

    Aug 1- 221
    Aug 2- 117
    Aug 3- 185

    Total: 523/3500
